We are looking for talented writers to contribute their views and opinion on world football for Headers & Volleys.
During pre-season we ran the hugely successful ‘Summer so far’ series featuring articles from 20 guest writers and now we want yours as well.
We will be featuring pieces on the ‘Classics’ in the coming weeks. Send us your articles on your all-time favourite team, performance, competition or anything at all on the best of football’s past. Alternatively, send us your anti-classics – the worst players, teams, kits or own-goals ever to have sullied the pitch.
We are also running a series called The Football Shake-Up. We will be taking a look at our beloved game and the problems it faces today, discussing ways to improve the lot of the fans, the clubs, competitions and much, much more. What would you change about the way football is run to make it better?
