Why Headers and Volleys?

Headers and Volleys was born of a childhood spent in a playing field, playing the dreaded sixty seconds.

Yes, sixty seconds to score either a Header or a Volley past the unwitting keeper. Don’t score? The last person to touch the ball goes in. Score? Now you have to score two, three, four and so on.

From the playing fields, we progressed to the pubs, engaging in conversations which occasionally lasted longer than sixty seconds.

Now we’re bringing you into the fold.  Read on and hopefully we’ll keep your attention for at least sixty seconds.
